"Love coming to this "Wally World" it's got everything! Parking has been improved since the addition they even have a bus drive-up for public transportation services. The auto center can change your oil or a tire in record time if you're in a hurry. The staff is always helpful as is the pharmacy employees. The garden center has a wonderful variety of flowers and plants and the prices are good! The clearance racks are always full and there's also a great selection of trendy clothes and a grocery store for convenience"

"The worst walmart experience ever! Zero respect to the customers. My initial concern was to get a refund for the StraightTalk card. I understand it says it’s non refundable, but it doesn’t work at all. I don’t understand how can a nationwide store network sell and cooperate with a service provider, whose services don’t work. And after all this charge the customer for a non working item. This is just one part. When speaking with the refund representative I have been told that they called the store manager. I was waiting for 50 minutes and no store manager showed up. This when one would understand the kind of customer service provided. Treating customers like they don’t exist. I had to look around and ask for help. Then some person appeared and said that they are currently supervising the store. He spent with me not even 30 seconds and left. My concern was not even heard. Overall spent 1 hour waiting and got zero customer service. Not even 1 star."

"Worst costumer service I have ever received at a retail/grocery store in my life. Let me start by saying I was standing in line at the costumer service and there were three employees behind the counter and two costumers waiting in line not being helped. When I was finally helped the CM was extremely unhelpful and acting as if I was bothering her by asking questions. She was rude and had a bad attitude. Needless to say I will NEVER be back to this store or Walmart again."

"I just left here feeling so happy. It wasn't cleanliness...or stocked items. It was the friendly guest service. Maybe it's the time of day? Or locals. I saw hugs and happy jokes and kindness from all of the staff. I usually make a point to keep to myself but I recommend this place. Probably best in the morning. But great experience here , and I shop Walmart weekly."

"Very rude and extremely unprofessional…. Especially the customer service reps seems like the team could use some training. Extremely displeased with there service and will just do all my shopping at Publix and target from now own. The checking out the receipt line is crazy and the fact there are never any cashiers is insane. Just go to target and use coupons more bang for your Buck and better shopping experience.Ms.kasie and Mr. Kaya are very rude and truly the cause for the review the “are you ready” after kaya walked away from the register so I didn’t know if I was getting serviced next as the line was long a laughed because she was being rude and I already was writing a review…. But when she threw my I’d across the counter I took a picture before I even grabbed it because I couldn’t believe I was just going to write my review and leave but that behavior is unacceptable!"
