"I had to do some labs so I went to Labcorp in Walgreens at the one in Eustis on 19. I was there around 9:45 am. The lab tech called me back showed me where to sit and then called another gentleman back also. She took my lab orders and his and he wanted a copy of them which I thought was weird cuz why didn't he do it before he came or just took a pic of it. She tried to explain the same to him but he was really rude to her and distracting her. I almost said to him, " why didn't you get a copy from your doctor's office while you were there"? She handled him great and smiled which is more than what I would have done. She came to me and was very nice and even remembered me from months ago. I give her credit for putting up with rude customers like that. I feel bad I didn't remember her name but she knows her job very well and has patience. I will go there from now on instead of going to the Mount Dora one."
"Abby was amazing and calmed my nerves as I can get super anxious for blood work. Whole process was so simple and easy, checked in from my phone and was in and out within 15 minutes! Will be using them from now on for any blood work!"
"I came here this morning for labs, and the check in was very easy. I was called back and both of the lab techs were amazingly helpful. I had to be fasting for the labs and also for a procedure later today, and while I was having my blood drawn, started feeling like I was going to pass out. Both lab techs were helping me. Fanning me, gave me an ice pack, wet towels, talking me through it. I really appreciated that because not only is it an embarrassing feeling, it's scary. The techs assured me that they've experienced this before, and made me feel more comfortable about what was happening. I highly recommend this labcorp!"
