"Supposed to call back next day. Been calling for 3 weeks now. No one answers phone and mailbox is always full. No way to get ahold of anybody. Dr. Shirley this is what I was talking about. I need my meds refilled but no one will answer. Just talked to corporate. Dr Crystal Shirley called me back. Called me a liar. Played passive aggressive and threatened to stop being my Dr. She is verbally and mentally abusive and should not be taking care of patients. It's absolutely disgusting that this lady is in charge"
