CVS 13675 Southwest 88th Street, Miami, FL 33186

"The pharmacy is horrible after 45 minutes waiting in the drive-thru try not to take down my baby with 101 fever last car to go they shut the window not a Hayward closed. Manager inside then says the system shut down to go to another store to transfer go to the other store the guy that wrote the prescription supposedly wrote the wrong date and it was expired yet I received a notification that it was ready at the end of it wind up with no medication for the baby and was told to go to the other one the original pharmacy you get the medication since they messed it up that is completely horrible to have a only other solution they gave me is to go back to the doctor or take him to urgent care my new this is 9:00pm"

"No customer service at all in the pharmacy . You can’t inquire about a medication by phone . They want to make you go to ask in person. I have called other CVS by me and they were able to provide me the answer by phone. I don’t understand why they can’t."

"Passport Photos - Done in less than 10 min. and the store was pretty busy. The manager was multi tasking, charged my photos, help a customer carry their purchase to their car and cleaned the parking lot of shopping carts within a few minutes. He’s definitely getting his steps in today."

"This CVS pharmacy is the worst pharmacy in all of Miami, the customer service is terrible. When you call it can take up to 30 minutes to answer and when they answer they put you on hold again, transfer you and transfer you again until they disconnect your call. I don't recommend them at all"

"This is a fairly new local drugstore located on the corner of SW 137 Avenue and Kendall Drive (SW 88 Street) that’s open 24 hours. It’s good to know there is a store nearby in case you want a few snacks late at night after grocery stores are closed, or have an emergency and you don’t want to go to a hospital. It is vital to have access to a 24 hour drugstore in our community. I dot not fill my prescriptions here so I can’t comment about the pharmacy. This is a stand alone building with plenty of parking."
