CVS Pharmacy

"These pharmacists always give attitude and argue about the craziest stuff, I had coupon for my script to be $149.00 but they had already filled it for 181.00 and the lady told me I already had the better deal but, that was not true my coupon was for $149.00 the scripts total before coupon was $181.00 am I crazy or is the $149.00 the better deal of the 2. Right?"

"I just called to asked if they were in stock of a medical prescription. They made me wait 40minutes in the phone, then say “mam we don’t have it” and in the middle of my follow up question they hung up on me. I called again and they just hung up again. At 3pm 8/17/23. Two men working at this pharmacy. I hope they get fired for treating patients this way. No empathy."

"Dr. Vincent and Bianca have extraordinary customer service. They treat each customer with care, despite how busy it gets. They have this level of patience that is legendary tbh. I haven’t seen it anywhere else. I’ve seen how they get incoming calls, walk-ins, pickups, angry customers, all at the same time. But how they treat and respond to everyone is literally what makes everything flow. Thank you! You guys are amazing."

"The pharmacist and pharmacy tech were both very rude and unhelpful. I called before arriving to the pharmacy to update my insurance information as was texted to me to do via CVS pharmacy themselves. The pharmacy tech who stated she was the lead pharmacy tech refused to update the information over the phone. Then when I arrived -the pharmacist and lead pharmacy tech were both gossiping about other coworkers and took 10 minutes to come to the pick up counter. To top it all off, the pharmacist did not provide information regarding my new medications when I requested."
