"How stupid is it that the entire pharmacy has to shut down to take lunch? Have they never heard of staggering lunch breaks to stay open? Serve your customers, generate revenue. Business 101"

"I have been calling for over an 1 hour and half for a medication that they have on hold for my daughter for three days now, try calling while I’m at work and after work before I get to the pharmacy to not deal with line and bad customer service. They keep on answering and purposely hanging up. I understand that they are busy in the store, but it takes a simple “let me have your information and we will call you back in a few minutes,”not hung up because you do not want to deal with phone callers. Already try reaching front store reps to get a transfer, explain what they are doing in the pharmacy informed that I was about to call corporate next and they still do not pick up."

"Extremely disrespectful staff. Waited in line for an hour to pick up medicine, which was not a problem at all, I then reach the front of the line and get told my medicine is yet to be filled which I found ridiculous since I dropped off the prescription 3 hours beforehand. The employee told me I could wait on the side and my name would be called so I did just that and waited after 30 minutes of still not receiving my medicine I realize my prescription was just sitting on the counter unattended and no one called my name. I proceed to tell the employee that my medicine was sitting there and I was waiting 2 hours and she proceeds to say that it was not her problem I then tell her I’m sick and just want my medicine, she claims she does not care and starts talking out loud to the line about me. It honestly took everything in me to not storm out of there because I needed my prescription. Horrible pharmacy staff needs new pharmacist. DO BETTER CVS PHARMACY"

"Come here with a lot of time, get ready to see customers taking a whole life using discounts and taking their time, cashiers should be aware of this situation and open more slots. Slowest cvs ever."

"The worst pharmacy and customer service. Came here late at night to get a prescription for my son after another cvs had transferred the prescription over due to them not having it in stock. The pharmacist at the prior cvs assured me it was in stock here. After arriving at this cvs and giving my information, I was told but a very rude female pharmacist that they did not have this in stock at all. I asked her which one had it..she gave me an approximate location, not even the actual address. I asked her if she could please transfer over there and she said OH NO, we don’t do that, you have to call and do it yourself or call the doctor back and tell them to call it in to the other cvs. WHAT?! Long story short, I called the doctor back who was kind enough to call it in but at this point the cvs had closed and I had to wait until the morning. I called the new cvs and they said they did NOT have the medicine in stock and they didn’t know why I was given that information that the ONLY CVS that was showing in stock was the one I was treated poorly at. The pharmacist mentioned the medicine was there and it was ready for pickup (mind you, the pharmacist had told md she didn’t have it). Low and behold I drive over to this cvs and it was ready. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. VERY RUDE and not to mentioned the customers in front of me were having a similar issue. Upon the customers leaving, the pharmacist was talking up a storm about them and she stated “with that attitude, I won’t give her any medication, let her walk or drive to another cvs” The pharmacist at this location is horrible. I hope management reads this."
