"The people who serve fast food selling hot dogs, pizza, sodas, etc. never served me, they did not show a little interest in my order that I had already paid so much so I left without my order, I felt cheated, what an unpleasant experience for the first time. In 10 years of being treated so badly, I am thinking of not renewing the membership, which lacks respect for the customer."

These people are nice and helpful. The prices are among the lowest available. I get text messages that my meds are ready and a reminder when I’m due for a refill. Simply the best experience"

"If I could give it zero stars, I would.... I was there the other day for a medication, I ask the lady at front for the email so my doctor could send it the prescription and she told me that they don't use email.. what is this? Stone Age? Then she tells me to send the recipe by FAX, which practically nobody uses, even though my Dr. sent it (2) two times and she told me that they never received it. Is this how Costco now treats its customers? Really?"

"Spent the entire day trying to transfer a medication to Publix, one that I needed filled urgently today. Publix said they tried calling Costco pharmacy earlier but nobody answered. They then said Costco was supposed to fax the prescription, but that never happened either. When I talked to Costco pharmacist around 4pm, she told me Publix needs to call them. This shouldn't be so difficult it's very straightforward. Now I can't get ahold of anyone! Terrible service, I will be cancelling my membership and requesting a refund if this simple task is not taken care of ASAP. Save yourself the time and don't go to this pharmacy... They can't seem to execute on basic tasks!"
