CVS Pharmacy

"Been going here for several years mostly using the drive-thru to pick up prescriptions. Some trips are bad, some trips go without a hitch. Therefore, the 3 stars. UPDATE: My doctor called this pharmacy on Feb. 2 and had to leave my prescriptions on their voicemail. Today is Feb. 6 at 4:57, and after holding 52 minutes for your pharmacy rep to answer, they tell me they didn't get the request. Left me holding while she went to check with the pharmacist, Came back and the phone went click and I was hung up on. This is NOT the first time this has happened at this , it has happened to 3 of my doctors!!!"

"Drive thru is a mission here! I spend almost an hour for pickup. When i was at the window nobody approached me had to leave!!"

"Do not waste your time. I highly recommend going to Walgreens, Target, Publix, literally anywhere else for your prescription or Covid related needs. The line is always extremely long and slow, both inside and via drive through. The phone is never answered and if it is you're placed on hold for an indefinite amount of time."

"The staff is very kind here, it’s unfortunate that so many seem to voice their bad experience, but I have noticed a lot of entitled angry customers in the past. It is not the employee’s fault that they are sometimes understaffed. If you need a passport photo, just come in person, no need to make an appointment. This location is open 24/7 so it has come in handy for emergencies."

"I tried calling this location 5 times to ask about a passport photo and the young woman who answered the phone kept placing me on hold for 5 minutes at a time and then subsequently hanging up on me. Every time I kept calling she rudely said “hold for me” as I would essentially hear the background noise of her checking other people out. She never answered my questions and rudely kept hanging up on me everytime I tried calling. Reaching a manager was futile to say the least. I’m reporting this poorly managed location to Regional for further investigation. Unacceptable customer service and completely unprofessional employee answering the phone lines."
