"The worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with – they seriously need to add more staff and be open more hours to accommodate the demand in the area. They take forever to answer the phone (or sometimes just don't, even from my doctor's office), the automated messages are often incorrect (says they don't have the prescription available but they do), and they have really strange operating hours (closed in the middle of every day for 30 minutes, in a densely populated urban area). I don't see why they don't add more staff given the volume of business they do – they are always busy and given the location must be incredibly profitable."

"On more than one occasion they haven’t had my medication in stock. That had never happened at any other CVS. Recently I tried refilling my prescription three times by text after a reminder, using the mobile app and by phone. I even got email and text confirmations. Instead of letting me know that they don’t have it in stock so that I can go to a different pharmacy, they simply don’t process it. I finally went to the store hoping to pick up my last submitted request and after waiting for a while the pharmacist told me she would give me enough for three days. I asked if they’ll have it for sure in three days and they said they can’t guarantee it. If I don’t have this medication I have seizures. It’s not like ordering a pair of shoes."
