"The costumer service it’s great Yerandi help me a lot he doesn’t speak English but no matter that he help me in what I was looking for"
"Worst CVS in the country. Employees are super rude. Another day on tried to hit me with a shelves cart because I was “on his way” when I was actually trying to find the medicine as nobody at the location could help. Management should be fired let alone the prices hyped due to location."
"The people working at this pharmacy are irresponsible and outright dangerous. I picked up a prescription this morning for some fairly sensitive medications that work in concert with each other. It's my first time taking them. When I got home, I noticed two drugs in my bag. I recalled my doctor said it was 3 medications. I called the pharmacy right away. I was informed that the prescription only included two medications. I figured I must have it wrong, so I opened the first one. Before taking it, I decided to check the CVS app to see if I could confirm that's all that was in the original prescription. It wasn't - the third medication was missing, and had I taken the one without it, the side-effects could've been catastrophic for my well-being. I walked back to the pharmacy, where she looked up my information in more detail and found that sure enough, there was a 3rd drug that my insurance wasn't covering it through retail pharmacy. I would have to have the prescription rerouted to to a mail-only pharmacy and have it mailed. I explained, in the nicest and most respectful way possible, that it was scary that I had to do all this double checking on my own, and I would've expected to be warned that they couldn't fill the whole order. It was all electronic so I don't have a paper prescription to reference on the spot for missing drugs. Her response? "Ok." No "we're sorry about that, we'll make sure it doesn't happen again," no "I understand. The computer system doesn't inform us of any missing medications." No "we'll do better next time." "Ok" and a roll of the eyes. If you're not going to care about your job, don't deal in healthcare. Get a different job and let someone who pays attention and is interested in taking their job seriously do this important work. Your omission could've severely impacted my health. And you are annoyed I pointed it out to you? I'll never set foot again at this pharmacy. If you value your health, you shouldn't either."
"I came to this CVS to get water and some Tylenol, not anything extravagant. As I was waiting to check out no one was at there, However, self checkout was open with 2 employees watching over the 3 self checkouts. After being a few minutes of no employees coming to the checkout I decided I would make my way to the self-checkout. As I walked passed that line to the area, one of the two employees said “Are you going to pay for that?” In a very condescending manner, like I was going to walk out of the store. This store needs to adjust it’s attitude. It’s truly the worst CVS I have ever been to, stay away."
