"This was our Veterinarian location for approximately 2yrs. One of our cats had stryovite stones and was bleeding badly from his boy parts. When we were able to catch him and bring them down it was 5:15pm on 12/2/23. When we arrived at the store they told us we can't look at him. We asked to look at him as we were afraid he was dying. They denied looking at him. They have signs posted we only Euthanize as last option, but they will let an animal die by not looking at them. Please take your furry ones to Dr. Ball in Jupiter."

"I picked up a kitten on Thursday October 19th from here. The cat was dead by Saturday morning. They never checked the kitten for a fecal parasite or any blood work. When I rushed her to the real veterinarian on Northlake blvd. He was stunned by the lack of care you provided which basically was none. He said you did not even do the bare minimum before discharging her to me. What a shame. I will never return here"
