"First I want to say this is my 3rd time at this Paws 2 Help location. Yes the wait is longer than a for profit vet but I assure you the wait is worth it. I had my senior dog in and they tested a mass on his side in August and diagnosed him with arthritis. The mass came back non cancer and he started on an arthritis medication. It changed his life! We just came back now to have the mass removed as it had grown bigger and bothersome to our boy. Every staff member from the check in to the vet techs and surgeon were so sweet. You can tell that each person there is not there for a paycheck but for their love of animals. Yes you will wait a while and no it’s not fancy but it’s a wonderful choice for affordable care in a market flooded with inflated costs. Keep up the good work and know that Luigi’s mom appreciates all of the staff!"
"Thank the Lord for this place. I promise to donate to here when I can. The best vets work here and it’s non profit. Donate food, toys for pets, and whatever you can. They have been there for me several times over the years and my bill is always affordable. My Frenchies are in good paws at Paws to Help."
"I absolutely love all the doctors and the staff. Very compassion to our babies I been going there for years. Super professional and very helpful"
"I WISH I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS. We took our special needs 14 month-old, 4.3lb cat to be seen, as she stopped eating and drinking, but she was still able to walk. We were told she was anemic previously by them. They gave her a B-12 shot last time and some iron supplements and we were good. Our cat was back to normal the very next day. We were told this time that she had hookworms and a fever (PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT THEY DID NONE OF THIS BESIDES CHECK HER TEMP IN FRONT OF US AND TOOK OUR CAT TO THE BACK ROOM) and that we should “consider the cats quality of life.” I told them I did not want to put my cat to sleep because she was still just a baby!!! I told them if they could do the same process as last time & to please assist us with medication for the hookworms. Our cat could NOT walk when we took her home. SHE WAS BARELY ABLE TO MOVE HER HEAD TO GET ANY KIND OF WATER OR FOOD. We HAD to hold her and feed her from a syringe!!! We made sure to feed her and made sure to give her water, even though we were doing it through a syringe. We took her back a few days later because she just couldn’t bare seeing her unable to get up. They rushed her to the room onto a heating pad because apparently now she was too cold, when we were told to keep her uncovered because of her fever previously. Almost immediately, the doctor told us that we needed to consider our cats “quality of life” AGAIN. We understand she wasn’t doing well, THAT’S WHY WE ARE BRINGING HER IN TO BE LOOKED AT. WE ARE THERE FOR HELP NOT TO PUT OUR BABY TO SLEEP. They told us, if we wanted to keep her there to be on a heating pad, that they would help with it, but it would be the same as it being at home and they will not be responsible for our cat’s death, should our cat happen to pass while under their care. Our cat passed that night, which we DID NOT EXPECT that to happen. She was JUST walking and being very vocal and alert the day before we took her to be seen. I believe too much medication may have been given to my cat as she was only 4 lbs!!!!! She was the sweetest, littlest, cutest baby. We tried to make her feel better and she died after we took her here!! We will forever feel guilty for this. $400+ just for our cat to die after taking her here. Please avoid this place, they will only suggest you to put your animals to sleep."
"I absolutely love this place ❤️ they are up front, along the way, off all the costs. Care is exceptional and competent ❤️ I also must admire all of the staff, they are all very kind towards animals and clients...even the Karen's that sometimes walk through the door. There is usually a wait, even for scheduled appointments as emergencies happen, but the place is absolutely worth it. You get upfront info and good care for your pup, and no judgements. I have not met a staff member nor vet that did not have exceptional bedside manners towards my dogs ❤️ clearly the culture is that of passionate dog people...it's not a job but a passion to everyone there ❤️ how lucky for our dogs I have been coming to this place for years with my babies, and although the vets rotate and change; the care never does ❤️"
