"Worst office ever! Don’t waste your time at even booking an appointment, they do “mysterious” cancellations without letting you know. I booked an appointment, asked for my day off, and when I show up the lady in front tells me that it was cancelled. Cancelled by Who??? They supposedly texted to a wrong number (no Idea how was that put on file). After repeating several times that I didn’t cancel the appointment and that it was their mistake, she didn’t care at all, she just remained sitting without even asking if there was something it could be done or if they could be see me. Her only solution… “I have an appointment for next year… “ Why? To be cancelled again? Good Luck with that! I’m giving one star because the system doesn’t allow me to put minus 5. Don’t get fooled by the scarce good reviews!"

"The most incompetent doctors office I've ever had the displeasure of visiting. I will be making a complaint with MOA soon. I requested a letter stating my disabled brother's condition and after 20 days and 4 phone calls I finally went there for them to tell me"He needs to see a specialist". No phone call, no common custody. And it turned out they were responsible to write the letter as the primary Doctors."

"Multiple of HIPPA & OSHA violation. 95% of the CSR's are incapable to assisting anyone because they do not listen to your concern. They raise your voice at you then argue that you raised your voice at them first when they know they are lying. Worst place ever. Not to mention I've waited 3 1/2 hrs to see my PCP when I arrived 20 minutes ahead of my appointment. They kept on passing ppl in front of me. I don't know if this is because I'm black. BTW they barely speak English."

"I just had the most horrible experience. The Call center scheduled me for lab at 3pm. I'm healing from a painful experience. I had an appointment scheduled and still pushed through to make it on time. When I arrived, I was told they don't take labs at 3 when I was scheduled for 3. I just came from the ER and they disregarded that their staff was negligent. When situations like these arise it is the staffs responsibility to accommodate the patient who was booked in error by their staff. I will not return. Currently seeking another physician."

"It is impossible to speak to someone when calling their office. Doesn't matter what date or time you call wait times are 30min+ and call back option is unreliable. I have requested for a referral to be sent to my specialist a week ago and they still haven't sent it. I had to call again after the first attempt to request it and i was told the representative who assisted me originally didn't process the request. It has been over a week and still no luck. Wait time in the DR office are also long and reception desk is negligent."
