"So I went there prepared to wait forever and got in line. Made it to the front in about 15 minutes and thought I was going to have an issue with the guy who called me to the counter because he didn't have the friendliest look on his face lol. Told him what I needed and he told me what I should actually get and I could see that he was typing and getting my stuff ready before I even said OK. Usually I would have been a little teed off with the high-handedness and thinking he knew what was best and I should just go along with it, but....he actually knew what was best and so I went along with it. Also, you can only pay with cash or checks there so I got out $500 because I had no idea how much this was going to cost. I only paid $87 for what I got so after I left I went shopping to celebrate. If you have to go there and you see you might get the grumpy faced guy, don't worry about it. He's awesome! If he happens to be smiling that day (yeah right) and you don't know who it is, you can't miss him. He's the bald guy named Johnny. (he got a surprised look on his face at the end when I asked his name like I was gonna leave him a bad review or something) Surprise Johnny!"

"You can buy insurance in many places but it is the customer service that sets this agency apart from the rest. First you can not only buy insurance but do your title work, registration renewals or even get something notarized ( I happened to need a form notarized and it was great-one stop shop)! The employees really do try to find you the best price. The employees were caring and efficient. They really wanted me to feel satisfied with my purchase.
