"Took a family member to their first time to this place appointment. Overall service was great except when seeing the doctor we go and sit down, and she start asking questions about history Health A few minutes after sitting down, there was a knock on the door, and a patient comes in to greet the doctor, which I thought No, instead of letting the doctor check the patient the other patient sits down and start making conversation while she is not done with the patient. Which is disrespectful and not professional after a few minutes, the doctor did ask the patient to leave because she was with another patient so the patient left but a few seconds later she comes back and she comes in and sit down again and this time the doctor did not tell her to leave the room and wait outside she let her stay while she was with her. Patient typing things on her computer and not paying attention. She didn’t even do the routine check up correctly because the other patient was making a conversation with her while she was not done with her current patient. I think this needs to be handled correctly from management. This happened today, January 8, 2024 at 9 o’clock in the morning. The doctor last name is Lopez."

"This morning I had appointment with Dr Viera, got there before they opened doors like always (6:50am) noticed Jannet wasn’t there I told lady( Areni Molina) that I had to be somewhere so please put me through early so I can go please. At 7:45 still nothing I noticed Jannet got there, once I spoke to her I went in immediately to nurse. ( weighing & blood pressure ect.) Sat waiting for Dr Viera, by 8:15 people that came in after me going in to Dr Viera before me. So I got up told Jannet and left. That lady in the front (Areni Molina) I think is her name has no idea how to run the front. Jannet and Dr Viera are amazing and so are all other nurses there , no complaints until today with that lady for the first time. I don’t think I’ll be going back. That’s the reason I didn’t want a clinic like that , but up to today experience there had been positive……PS: on top of everything she got a little mouthy with me when I stated that I was not happy with what went down, Jannet had to tell her to be quiet when she started mouthing off to me. (Thanks for everything Jannet & Dr Viera you are the best)"

"Dr. Acosta makes people wait for over two hours then says shes too busy, and then assigns another Doctor. I can never reach this office for a question the 8th St. office or the Doctors to speak to them. they could care less about you being their patient and there's barely any parking available. Don't be fooled it's a factory!"
