"Made appointments earlier in the week for both myself and son. Was called ONE hour prior to the appointments to be informed that appointments needed to be cancelled because they had no providers in the office. So disorganizedand unprofessional!! As if people dont have schedules and lives to arrange to make appointments happen."

"If i could put 0 stars i would. Listen to the other 2 bad reviews. I honestly just booked my appointment here because they took my insurance. I had an initial appointment here for a physical on Jan 10, 2022. I was notified by text that my lab results were ready on Jan 20th. I called to make an appointment to go over ny results and the receptionist kept telling me that they have NO information for me in their system, as if i was never a patient. Then i got a call about a week later to schedule a phone appointment for Feb 3rd. They never called… then this happened 2 more times. None of my followup appointments have been fulfilled to this day. I finally was able to get my results from quest diagnostics, so i have no choice but to bring my lab results to another doctor. Ive never experienced anything like this. Especially being someone with medical conditions, find a doctor who isn’t negligent. Do research. I definitely do not recommend this office."

"The worst experience I've ever had with a medical office. They are all very nice people. But they were undependable, negligent and full of excuses. My other doctor's office and I had to hound them for days with many calls just to get nurse Beltran to fax a clearance form. I finally had to drive out to her office and show up in person twice. My other doctor's office said they had never seen anything like it. Neither have I. When I finally did meet with her after showing up at her office and waiting there until she would see me, she said that I should have called her on her personal number. As if it was my fault she ignored me and my other doctor's messages for days. I never had her personal number. Our initial phone appointment - which she was an hour late for and I had to call her office twice to get her to call me back - took place on her office phone. She never told me her personal number. This is inexcusable for a medical office. I would never trust my health to her because she just doesn't seem to be interested. This will be my first and last time using this office and this nurse practitioner."
