"Excellent place very clean. All personal were very nice and very courteous. My waiting time was no more than 30 minutes. Nurses very sweet. I recommend this place"

"Zero stars. Impossible get an answer over the phone. The test room looks like a third world country facility, the bed sheets are filthy, they don’t even offer socks as a courtesy. But the worse part is the service, the nurses are rude, unprofessional to confuse my record with someone else’s and disrespectful enough to fight between them in the middle of the procedure, making me so uncomfortable. Don’t count on parking, there is no parking available for the driver only for patients but usually someone else drives you to these procedures. Finally my wife was not allowed inside so was left outside in a tiny overcrowded room with just one bench."

"If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I had a 10 am appointment. They didn’t call me in to get my paperwork started until 12 pm. Didn’t get out of this place until 2 pm. They make people wait in the waiting room for no apparent reason. Plus the facility is rundown. The nurses don’t speak English. My arm is still bruised (one week later) from the IV needle. They don’t pick up the phone. This clinic is run like it’s in a third world country."

"I’m giving one star just for the nasty call that I have ever received, to confirm my mom’s appointment (Rosa). This morning I answered nicely and respectfully, but just because I told the lady that I couldn’t confirm the appointment at the moment they called me, and actually I call them back to confirm it but I couldn’t reach them (due to full mail-box at 1:38pm), she said: “oh! maybe it was because we were playing ping-pong”, so basically she called me a liar. I’m not doing this to harm the person who called, but hopefully somebody in the office can read this and teach the front desk about how to treat PEOPLE / HUMANS BEEN respectfully. Thanks! BTW, this is the first bad review that I have ever done in my entire life, imagine the tone and the others questions/answers that I received from this person."

"Contacting them on phone difficult but eventual. Upon arrival quickly processed,restroom clean,staff friendly ,respectfuland answered questions . Need to add Lornra Doones,Saltines,or Tea Biscuits to go along with juice.Will return as recommended."
