"They claim their goal is "exceptional sevice." Yet, after many calls from their transportation services to remind the patient of her appointment, the transport was a no show. We received such call earlier in the week in preparation for the appointment. My mother is 92 years old with multiple health conditions. The eye appointment in question took her a very long time to obtain from the provider. When my sister called to find out where the transport was, she was met with many excuses and ultimately a hang up. During these calls, she asked to be transferred to a supervisor. After a long wait, she spoke with a person who did not identify herself as supervisor nor provided her name. She was totally unaware of the concern and started to offer a half-baked answer and in the end just hung up. Finally, we had to take our mom to the appointment ourselves so she would not miss it. In closing, this is not an isolated event, this is yet another one we have endured since my mom's affiliation with this clinic. They seem to hire individuals who simply do not take their jobs seriously or just don't care. It seems to me these employees go to work just to collect a paycheck."
