"I’ve only had one visit and it’ll be my last. When I got there, the lady at the front desk was rude for no apparent reason. I paid it no mind and gave her the benefit of the doubt, assuming she’d just had a rough day. For my follow up appointment, (which had to be 3 months out) I tried to cancel due to it being right after the holidays when I had family over. I cancelled over text when they sent a confirmation text two days before (which gave an option to press a certain character to cancel, which I did), and also called to confirm the cancellation. A few days later they called me about a “missed appointment,” and when I explained the situation, the person on the phone was nice enough to tell me they saw on the schedule that I had requested a cancellation “it was just left on there,” but reassured me that I was fine. A few days later they’re sending me an email saying I need to pay a $50 missed appointment fee. Save yourself from the predatory fees and go elsewhere if you can."
"If I can add zero, I would so do it… I was just told by the office lady at the front desk that if I needed a medication that they told me they were going to send to my pharmacy that I should have called yesterday… extremely rude and they want to charge me $35 for rescheduling… A month ago I did ask for a written prescription, but the lady said no that she will go ahead and send it without a problem, we’re out of a holiday season and they expect me to follow up with them when I have been on hold for more than 20 minutes to get this resolved??? Just because the nurse is saying now that it’s not needed doesn’t mean that I was not told something else before, this office is an entire mess, and I would not recommend for anyone to go there…"
"Patient for over 2.5 years almost completed my allergy treatments until it just became a cash grab by the office. my vials would last months on weekly injections. Then suddenly I was told I would only receive 5 shots pers vial. At 300 dollars a vial, no thanks. Something happened to the office during covid. All the staff changed, and good luck with office visits appointments run 1+ hours behind. They don't value the patients time. Save yourself time and frustration and go somewhere else.."
"Prior to my daughters' appointment on 10/21/23 for 8:30 a.m., I was called 7 times and messaged 4. At the 7th call, I was already irritated and BOTHERED; because dang you MUST call sooooo many times for one appointment.....Stating to please arrive 30 mins before, but the second caller stated 15 mins prior because it is Saturday. It is now 8:20 am of me writing this review, and the young lady opened the door for another worker and said, "In 10 mins, the office will open." With all this being said, WHY state 15-30mins prior to your appointment time IF THE OFFICE ISN'T EVEN GOING TO BE OPEN. I arrived on an empty stomach, and I could have stopped for something to eat on my way. 1st visit, and this alone left a distaste in my mouth. HOPEFULLY THE staff and doctor changed this feeling! I'll be updating my review upon conclusion of this appointment day. At 9:22 pm. I have nothing but amazing words for this establishment. From the front desk receptionist that barely smiles and seem like she JUST DOESN'T WANT TO BE AT WORK but she still stood her ground, the doctor and the young man assisting me with my daughter I give a 5 star. Thank you for making a 1 star turn into a 5 star within hours."
"Worst office I have ever been to. It took me over two months to make an appointment then I get there and I’m late due to a personal issue which I called on my way. As I’m sitting in the lobby on hold on the phone still, they tell me they can no longer help me because they have a 15 minute wait policy. I got there at 11:45 and my appointment was at 11:30. I did everything in my power to communicate with them, they were so rude and disrespectful. I’ve been a patient there for over six years and it meant nothing to them. They treated me like I was dirt on their shoe. If you’re looking for someone to actually care about you as a person, this is the worst office to go to and I advise you find another Practioner that can help you. I called on my way home and they told me they were gonna have to show me as a no-show and charge me $50 because I didn’t show up for my appointment. Looks like they’re in the business and making money not actually helping others."
