"Terrible Service. I’m trying over one week to get my medicine refilled without any luck. When I finally received a call back Conviva in Pembroke Pines couldn’t even find me in the Computer. This Conviva Center sucks. I will report this Center to Medicare and my Insurance."

"After being left without a primary doctor as Humana cancelled my doctor that I have been with for many years, I attempted to call and make an appointment with Conviva as referred by Humana. I have been attempting to call and communicate with them for over a month unsuccessfully, sometimes over an hour waiting for them to answer the phone and still they do not. Absolutely awful."

"They will not return your call or direct you to the right person when you ask. I asked for the office manager to call me but she never did. They don't treat you with respect at the front desk. Had a terrible experience there. My doctor moved to this team and nothing good has come from it. Took over 2 hours to get a call back. The next time i called they never called me back. If you call for any reason they want your age before you can talk to anyone. admin staff Not very professional at all. I have been with my Doctor for over 10 years, he has just moved to their clinic a few months ago and it has been terrible dealing with the staff in the lobby. The staff treat you like you should not be there."
