"Today, 6/15/2023, at noon, I called the clinic to speak with a supervisor, they told me that they were in a meeting but that they would call me as soon as it was over. At 3:25 pm, seeing that they had not called me, I called again, but then I got a call center that could only receive the message, that is, I could not communicate with the clinic even though That hour should have been open, what a lack of respect! The issue I want to talk to a supervisor about is to complain about the terrible service, since since 2/6/23 I placed my OTC order and I still have not received it, and when I called the general pharmacy to see what was happening, they told me that The order had been passed to them on 12/6/23, that is, ten days later, what a lack of respect! a tremendously bad job, they don't even take into consideration that their clients are older people, there is no compassion, I have already complained on several occasions and I see that they are not improving, on the contrary they are getting worse and worse, I have to evaluate carefully to see what I can do If someone recommends a better clinic, I am open to listening."

"My aunt recently started with La Colonia. I personally have NEVER seen the level of care, love and kindness in any organization. My aunt is beginning to forget things and gets very nervous. They are so kind and patient and concerned about everyone. The doctors are amazing, and their "Club" as they call the community center is wonderful. They have activities and again the care and treatment is beyond measure. I have called on several occasions to adjust schedules, and they go above and beyond. They treat us as family and we have only been there a short while. As a professional, I have never seen anything like it! Truly speechless!"
