"So far so good, only had two appointments today and each one was with a different doctor. But both doctors seem more than competent. I go to the Pompano Beach branch office."

"Great and caring medical staff but the administrative staff response is terrible. When you call, the telephone system bounces you into a hold pattern. Yesterday I called for an appointment and held for over 15 minutes and never got a live human being on the line. I tried again and was disconnected. I gave up. Today I chose the medical staff option (option #3) and heard a recorded message that no one was available at that extension. The system did not provide an option to leave a message, and I doubt if anyone would have called back. Now I am on hold again with the appointment line after being asked by a staffer to hold on - 25 minutes elapsed and still holding but not for much longer before I disconnect the call. It periodically rings 4 times and then goes back into the "call hold" mode. And I'm an existing patient! They need to add administrative staff and/or improve their phone system to accommodate their patient base, or risk losing patients. I'm looking for a new medical office."

"The overall care at this practice has exceeded all expectations. All of the providers are caring, compassionate, and take the time to listen to all of my concerns. I have had pleasant interactions with both Joesph Moltz and Alex Munro. Joe is my usual primary care provider and he has always taken the time to listen about my health concerns and is very timely when I call with concerns. I have also seen Alexandra on numerous occasions as a walk in visit, she is always so sweet and explains in detail what is going on with my health. They both take the time to let me ask questions and do not end the appointment until we are all on the same page. Would recommend either of these providers to my closest family members and friends."
