"They used to be so good, but: They’ve changed recently to a new admin. Since then, changes don’t seem to be for good: They moved to a new location, less convenient for me an other patients I know. But speaking of me: Besides this: THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE, I’ve been waiting on the phone for over an hour, and I’ve tried for several days, it didn’t work, also, I’ve requested a called back, they never called me back. The robot that answers the calls used to offer a selection in the menu for appointments which isn’t longer available. Recently, they scheduled an appointment for me that I didn’t request without even ask me. They also sent me an email, to loggin in a patient portal, that doens't work, I've tried to register to use it, with no success, I asked for support to get access to their portal for over 8 months and I'm still waiting. Because there’s no way I can contact them by phone, or access to their online portal patient website, I can’t cancel the appointment or change it if I wish via phone call, but because they move far from where they used to be located, which was close to where I live, and I’m disabled, now I don’t even consider to go in person to handle this or any other situation that a phone call could solve and don’t merit my physical presence. Also, the physician, who I used to meet, who I liked VERY MUCH, and her assistant, left the office, none informed me about it. It feels so impersonal. I used to contact them by email, now this is also impossible. Could someone explains how make it work if their communication isn't available? Maybe via google they will contact me in a decent and functional way... 2024-01-02: I’ve received a couple of emails from Patrice Jean saying he’s bee trying to contact me by phone and asking me to call him back to the same phone number that none answers… I asked him to provide me with a phone that actually works so I can call him back, stills the same. Please, let’s be serious. I’m a busy person, and if I wasn’t busy the same applies, I can’t , none can, spend 30 mins or more waiting in the line… and none answers… I do believe that you should reconsider your PATIENT attention service, because it’s not acceptable that a medical service, a vital service, can’t assist the patients (not customers) the way they deserve. Commercial corps like Walmart, AT&T, T-Mobile, just to mention a few, answer the phone calls with less than a minute of waiting. I can’t believe that Conviva, a MEDICAL SERVICE, not a luxury, can’t do better than this. So… don’t you agree? Thank you google, once again, for your bridge service between my medical center and me…"

There is a new front desk person who is very sweet. I'm sure she will fit right in. The office is very clean & freshly updated. Today I had my first visit with the Nurse Practisioner who was very informative, caring & professional. She did a thorough exam as well as having a medical conversation with me.
