"We love this CVS. We have been using for years now since opened. The store is clean and organized. The pharmacy staff is very kind and go above and beyond to help. The pharmacist in charge, Erika, is the BEST! I would def recommend them. My recommendation to improve store experience is to make wifi available for customers so we can access email/web to get coupons when is not available on CVS card."
"Make sure the horribly rude staff at this location don't verbally abuse your elderly parents. The Chihuahua looking head pharmacist is the rudest person I have ever dealt with in my 46 years of existence on this earth. The staff don't fall far from the tree either. The manager at this location is a conceited rear end that has zero care for his customers and could use some emotional training. I'll spend the extra time & gas going to the location on the corner of SR 54 & Land O Lakes Blvd. They say high when you come in and they greet you with a smile when you approach the drive up window. The people easily display that they despise their jobs."
"They do not have any price tags on the cosmetics. I personally feel like this is so when they have coupons that they can just raise the prices. There have been a few times that I have been followed around the store. I like to take my time looking around when I am in a store. Every time I was in an aisle this lady just happened to be fixing the shelves no matter where I went. I always spent a lot of money in this store. It is so insulting. I started to get me prescriptions filled in other places just to avoid having to go in here for anything."
"Bathrooms are in horrible condition (despite being such a new building). It sucks that this is the case because they have such a beautiful selection of products. Hopefully they fix the bathrooms and start to take pride in their store a little bit. It seems as though they have hired some very young girls to work here. When I had questions about products in the store and placement of certain products I got a lot of blank stares and no real answers. Management has a lot of work to do."
