"Dr. Ryan Walker and his staff gave the best service to my two rescue dogs and my foster pup. They are wonderfully kind caring individuals that want to help. My 9 year old dog, Cooper, had surgery to remove a cancerous mass and ruptured glands. He had to go back a few time for checks and actually had two surgeries to completely take care of everything based on how it was healing. My 9 year old dog, Baby, had surgery to remove a mass from her tooth. The care they received was excellent. We were given instructions before hand to prepare and we were not charged any additional boarding or drop off fees for surgery like I have by other vets. Post op we were given instructions and meds for pain and infection prevention that were filled there. Both dogs go in regularly for their check ups, vaccinations, and we get our preventative medication for flea & tick and heartworm here too. They are dog reactive so the staff do a very good job of letting us in when the lobby is clear and enter into an exam room right away. The open clear glass into the lobby and office area is super helpful when you have dog reactive fearful pups. My new foster puppy, Gracie, now also comes in for her shots and check ups. Making appointments is easy. Communications is great for appointment reminders and medication follow up. Dr. Ryan and his staff sent text messages before, during, and after the surgeries. Follow up was great and we exchanged pictures that helped too. Billing is also easy, affordable and clear to understand. There were many points where we could have been up charged for all of the little things that I may have been charged for in the past by other places and greatly appreciate their fair rates and professional service. Office visits are complete and we're not rushed and the dogs get loved on with treats and do not feel afraid. I would highly recommend Dr. Ryan, Bob, Cherie, Brittney, Brenia, Ellie, Tyler, Nicole to take care of your pets. They are all wonderful!"

"The facility is gorgeous and the staff is top tier! Communication with the front staff was easy and they are very sweet from the moment we walked in. The nurse we had was patient with my dog and made her as comfortable as possible. Dr. Walker was amazing I can’t say enough about his compassion and knowledge. He broke things down and explained things to me in a way I would understand instead of using big words that I didn’t know. Overall a great experience and I will be back!"

"When it’s Saturday morning and the urgent vet doesn’t open for another hour and your own vet is open but too busy to squeeze your dog in who was just attacked and bleeding everywhere and literally disregard your pleas and suggest you drive 30 minutes to another urgent care or go to CVS for supplies - you go to The Range Animal Hospital Dr. Walker and his staff are literal angels. I actually called a different vet (thinking it was the range) but showed up at The Range unannounced and they didn’t even bat an eye and took us in our bloody mess right in. They not only got her bleeding to stop they did the sedation and stitches for her and will be providing the follow up in 2 weeks! Needless to say I am changing vets! The kindness from the two wonderful ladies at the front desk, nurse Brittany and Dr. Walker is the gold standard of what pet care should be."
