"I am a patient with chin medical. I’ve never had medical service as bad in my entire 74 years of my life. They constantly change doctors staff moves on. I’m just wondering if they pay them enough or they miss treat their employees. In the past I’ve had five doctors in one year. Information, they provide from one to another is gone they know nothing about you each time you go in to a new doctor. It’s a shame that the elderly people are treated so badly. The administrator has changed. Doctors have changed they pass you through like You are just another body coming through. I just wish they could get their act together there. Thank you."

They provided incorrect paperwork when asked for referral an then after driving back said that it cannot be done!!! DONT RISK THE HEALTH OF YOUR LOVED ONES !"
