"Staff was incredibly rude to many patients unnecessarily. Nasty floor. Kept giving unsolicited and condenscending parenting advice to patients. Staff was antagonistic, abrasive and unprofessional to several patients unwarrantedly in the lobby in front of other patients. Very disappointing experience. Will not come back to this location, nor give them my business again. FAIL. The only redemption was the specific phlebotomist who took care of us was amazing, warm, friendly, super helpful and an excellent representative for Quest Diagnostics who should be promoted. The rest of the staff (that I witnessed their interactions with patients) all need remedial lessons in manners and respectful expectations for interacting with patients."

"Walked in 20 minutes before close, the system let me check in but the staff there said they weren’t taking any walk ins anymore. They turned down several people. I was a bit upset since I had my order ready and I am a nurse so I know it takes 5 minutes to draw blood. I ended up driving all the way to Boca location and the whole process was done in 5 minutes!"

"Clean lobby. Quick self check. As walk in thought I'd have a wait. Only 10 minutes. Breanna (beautiful red hair) took me in. Calm reassuring voice and great smile put me at ease. Being afraid of needles, I had no pain nor worry. You have a great phlebotomy in Breanna"

"Make an appointment before coming. Wait times are 5 hours+ for walk in Don't come later than 9am, they wont accept you."

"Yesterday I thought I had an appointment at pompano at 7:30. I had printed my confirmation but did not realize the last page with the code was not on it. I was told by an unfriendly woman that it would be at least a three hour wait and maybe even then they would not take me. This morning I arrived at 6 at the Commercial Quest as a walk in. Planning on a long wait. Several of us sat down after signing in. Just after that a woman came out and opened the door and proceeded to tell us all Happy Thursday everyone. What a nice way to greet people. She asked us all if we had signed in and if we had any questions.Again a nice surprise. She was so friendly. Helped me with my sign in. I waited less than 10 minutes and another very friendly woman came to get me. I have been going to Pompano for years and never had an experience like this. I will always go to Commercial for my bloodwork. Thank you to the people at Commnercial for all your kindness."
