"I've been visiting this doctor for two years pushing medications that caused problems to my stomach now with my new doctor I don't even need the nine pills he had me on they don't answer there calls had my wife call once they hung up on her very poor service Dr casado I think your better being a lawyer than a doctor ....the best one in there is the girl in the farmacy other than that naaaaaa........"

"Doctor casado is a very good doctor it's the office staff that think its a play ground but The doctor doesn't own the business so he can't fix the staff And now they finally fixed the phone Finally ....How I ask you can you run a successful business with your phones off and only on voicemail? Absolutely despicable!!!!!! The staff has no regard for the doctor's patients whatsoever! How do you not check the phones.?"

"Was left on the phone for a whole hour. When I hang up and call back the office was closed. Not to mention the representative stated that my insurance wasn't active and it was a lie. No wonder you have one star. I should have known better. 07/06/2022"

"Phones have been down for at least a week. No option to leave a message. Emergency line tells you they cant do anything to get in touch unless it's an emergency. What kind of operation is this? Will be changing my Dr. ASAP. Service wasn't bad on my first 2 visits but this phone situation is just unacceptable. The worst part is that the emergency line knows about the phone not working and they still wont help. Just bad business!"
