"Doctor Roberson is a kind and very professional man. Unfortunately I can't say the same for the staff. Before I started a procedure I asked if I that was covered by my insurance, and they told me yes, but latter they sent the statement, and when I asked why?, the accountant was disrespectful and sarcastically said "SORRY, but you have to pay or I'll report you". What a way to treat patients. WOW. It may be better to ask for a written statement in that office."
