"All was great until I was presented with a significant bill for a service that was supposedly performed 3 years earlier. They said they overlooked it…. For three years. I was never consulted about this procedure. It was unauthorized. I complained and was told this is an annual routine procedure. Yet they could not find a single incident of it being done in4 years, aside from this one. I told Dr. Daily and the manager that this unauthorized,and uncovered by insurance, procedure, and subsequent charge would have to be removed. They refused. I am considering measures including reporting to various medical oversight organizations."
