"Save yoursef the trouble and don’t go here. Got myself allergy tested at the facilty, showed up for my appointment, waited and was told they ran out of time to test me so I have to come back. Came back second time to get tested. Signed up for the shot, after two months of waiting with promise that my shots were ordered from the office staff Nikia Barry I finaly got a phone call today that my allergy shots were not ordered because I have a balance. The office staffs are on par with your local fastfood workers. They are there to collect a paycheck and not really do anything."

"This is the worse place ever! I had to cancel an appointment because of tragedy in my family. Despite canceling online and calling them numerous times, they still repeatedly billed me as a no show. Since my nephew is dying of cancer and my dad is in the hospital, I don't have time to fight this so I just paid. I have proof of all my phone calls to these quacks in my phone settings and proof in my email that I canceled. Furthermore, Ive been allergic to ragweed since I was a child but they could find no allergies so they're medical staff is also incompetent. If you need to make an appointment, cancel an appointment etc. you never get a live person!"

"DO NOT GO HERE. ABSOLUTELY CRIMINAL. I was recently a patient and a couple of weeks after my appointment received an $800 bill. I called to get a breakdown of what my insurance covered which was everything but an allergy test that the office manager said cost between $500-$700. So, I said okay then what was the extra $100 for? And I was informed that because the doctor entered my room twice (1st time to see what was wrong, 2nd time to tell me my test results) I was charged an additional $100. I was floored. Never in my life have I paid an additional charge for the doctor entering the exam room more than once. Let alone a charge of $100 for a doctor speaking with my 2 times in the same appointment. At no point were any of these charges disclosed to me. They should be ashamed and disgusted with themselves."

"I had my first appointment at the Burns Road office this morning. They are very diligent in following protocols to prevent the spread of Covid-19. I was very impressed by how friendly everyone in the office is. Dr. Bachove is exceptional - taking time to talk with me as a new patient. Nelly (nurse) and Lisa (office manager) go out of their way to make the appointment pleasant. I left the appointment feeling confident that I have found a great, competent allergy and asthma care practice that cares about their patients' health. I'm very happy that I found them. Highly recommend."
