"I have been a patient of PBPM for several years for chronic pain. At one time there was a second dr in the office who was rude, obnoxious and to be frank...a jerk. He accused me of changing my prescription. He yelled at me and called me a druggie and a thief. He left the room. He returned about 15 mins later laughing, saying that he had me confused with another patient! Dr. Rogers either let him go, or bought him out or something. He was soon gone and the staff said that he was difficult with the patients and was not the type of representation that Dr Rogers wanted. This may be the dr that the negative reviews are speaking of. This was NOT Dr. Rogers. He is kind, patient, caring, and attentive. He listens, goes over options, and works with you to find relief. And April RNP is awesome also. NO pain Dr is going to be able to relieve everyone's pain completely. But he has helped me so much. As far as payments - it is a business. And like any business they can not function if they don't get paid. If you eat a meal in a restaurant do they let you go without paying until your check clears on Friday???? of course not. Medical practice is expensive....we all know that. And like all businesses, and services, they need to create income in order to stay in business. It is unfortunate but medical services cost money. This is not a free clinic. It is not an emergency room. It is a specialist office and they deserve to be paid just like any other business. All Dr offices have times of long waiting. People come late, emergencies happen, people are sometimes worked in to an already full schedule due to urgent issues....this is not ideal by any means. Sometimes there is a wait, sometimes I am taken in within just a few minutes. This is not unusual in the medical office world. Is PBPM perfect? No, not by any means. But they have made my life so much better....I can actually hold my grandchildren on my lap....something I had not been able to do for years."

"I've been going to this Clinic since 2009. Dr Anthony Rogers, & his Full Medical Staff have given me Nothing but the Very Best of Care from the first visit on. Whoever thinks that he only cares about the $$, You are most certainly WRONG !!! They have Always shown Nothing but Care.. I highly recommend him for Anyone that really needs help with issues of Pain, cause they will definitely HELP YOU !!!"

"Great place to get help with back, neck, elbow, or knee pain. Dr. Rogers can help you with less invasive procedures that may help before other more invasive procedures may be needed. Try to schedule a week or two in advance as his place may be busy at certain times. His staff does all they can to ensure you have a pleasant visit."
