"Worst experience of my life. The staff was extremely unprofessional. After the seeing the Doctor he told me the staff would be over with all my info. I waited 30 minutes and no one ever came. I had to go into the lobby, and request someone because they had forgotten about me .The MA got upset because I asked her to go over my medication and explain it to me. She threw a tantrum and stormed out when I told here the meds and dosages were incorrect. The previous MA did not know how to spell the medications that I told her I needed so she just scribbled down some letters and selected and thing that sounded close. For instance I said Novolog and she wrote down nermlug on paper and sent a script for Nervilin or something similar which was a completely different kind of medicine. They sent over 1inch syringes instead of the 4mm pin caps. Then the Doctor fled before correcting anything because he wanted to be gone by 5 pm and it was 4:50pm. There was another patient who was left in the room without being given any information and they told her she needed to go because it was almost 5"

"My sister (Mrs. Shelly Ives-Mitchell) has been with this company for years, I go with her to most of he visits. The doctors are excellent but the staff at the front needs orientation on customer service, respecting customers time, empathy & civil to others. They have a set lunch time, if u call after they're supposed to be back, no one answers. They can be rude, demeaning & disrespectful & customers shouldn't have to go through this on top of the health issues they face. As a nurse I'm ashamed & in awe. Management needs to nip this in the bud."

"UPDATE: Its frustrating as a customer to always have scripted response from the office. Same response to every review and I bet nothing has changed as this same issue I have is the same that has been going on looking at all previous reviews. Of course, nobody has reached out. DR.WILLINGHAM, AGAIN, YOU NEED A NEW STAFF. Original Review: The doctors and nurses are amazing. The front desk is absolutely horrible. My first time there i noticed how the front desk lady was so rude to customers over the phone and placing them on hold just to chat about nothing with co-workers. Now ive been waiting for a obgyn referral for weeks, my appt is today and it hasnt been sent. Martha , the referral person is never available, always busy and doesnt even deliver. Not diligent AT ALL, plus. Is very rude. Only competent person there besides nurses and doctor from mi experience is a guy name Chris who is always nice and really assist the best way he can. DR.: YOU NEED A NEW TEAM ASAP."

"You have to wait about 2 months to get an appointment. The doctor's here are incredibly nice people. But that's where the good news ends. The front desk is a total catastrophe. They never call in prescriptions on time. They barely ever get them right. We've had to call back over five times and speak to someone over five times in order to get our prescription filled correctly. And it's not an isolated incident, this has been going on for quite a while."

"I have been seeing Dr. Willingham for a few years now. I finally found the best doctor ever. He listens and explains everything. My husband and I both go to him. You rock!!! The staff is awesome. They are always so helpful and get things done promptly!"
