"This place is the worst in florida. If anyone is looking for any caring, reliable, knowledgeable doctor, look else were. This place is unorganized, unreliable, unprofessional, and everything else bad. You will never be able to build a patient doctor relationship because every time you go, it's a different doctor seeing you, and it's like starting all over again. They're always trying to schedule unessary appointments for you to come in, just for them to not do much. The front desk is unprofessional. even trying to get a simple piece of medical paperwork filled out for your job by your doctor is almost impossible. I've had enough of this place."

"New location in North Point seems quiet compared to the place in Congress before and it’s totally different from the location in Jupiter where you can see many people in waiting. Practitioner here is ok ! If it’s the first time you come here by flowing google map, you need to get attention from the sign in the main entrance where it tells you go back to the north side! Staffs are okay, nothing special !!!"

"Every other provider I have masks except them. None of the office masks and the nurse practitioner refused to put one on after I requested (citing outdated CDC info). I'm around elderly people often and don't want to risk their health. Been here for years and won't be going back."

"I just left this office extremely upset and without receiving care from the doctor. When I made the appointment for my husband MORE THAN A MONTH AGO, I was NOT told that 1. Their office had moved and when I arrived early to the old address (4700 n congress Ave #103 wpb 33407), we were met with a sign that said "We've moved!". Gee thanks for letting me know in advance! Now I'm officially late to my appointment because I have to drive 10 minutes to the new location. While I was at the old location, a couple told us that they moved and that they hadn't told anyone either. So I'm not the only one. This is extremely unprofessional and you've now wasted my time and gas. 2. My insurance, FloridaBlue, provides free pcp visits for preventative care/screening/immunization. That means $0, not $140 like what they tried to charge me upfront. We received no call from the doctors office telling us that we'd have a copay, which is standard business practice and plain common courtesy. They're saying that the $140 is a new patient fee to establish me as a patient. WHAT!? That's ridiculous! So we canceled our appointment because we were not expecting this expense and had no choice but to walk away. Now I can guarantee you that we will receive some type of bill from them for late/canceling the appointment. I chose this office because of the reviews, but don't be fooled like I was. I've never been so frustrated with a medical office in my life. A MONTH WASTED WAITING AND NO CARE!"
