"Team Acupuncture was the first time I had tried this method. I came in with pain in my left foot which had been diagnosed at Planta Fasciitis by my foot doctor. Had a few shots but did not get satisfactory results and pain continued. I decided to try Acupuncture as a last resort. Team's office was very nice, and Lisa explained a lot about this problem and how they would attack this with me. I had a total of 4 sessions so far and believe it or not I am now pretty much pain free. I am following their instructions on stretching, heating and can't believe I have no pain. I actually plan on playing my first game of tennis on Monday, and I have been off the courts for weeks. Yeah!! There is very little discomfort in the process, I can't say pain free, but nothing that most would say is a little discomfort. My session was about 1 hour long and after each I did feel better. I plan on doing 2 more sessions, and hope that it will be the last, but I have confidence that Team Acupuncture will get me back to my normal self."

"Came in with ‘tennis elbow’ pain. Feeling much better after my 30 minute session! Coming in for a followup in a couple of days Had my second session and my arm is feeling much better. Dr Long is a great therapist I am leaving another review. I cannot say enough good things about Dr long. I recently had an injury to my hand. I could barely bend my thumb and not even make a fist. "I highly recommend Dr Long for acupuncture treatment. I have started my treatment three months back and results i have seen is amazing. i will share some of my results in 3 months. I took complete blood work before starting treatment and here is the info. Total Cholesterol : 358, Triglycerides: 428 and A1C 5.8, after three months here you go total Cholesterol: 305, Trigly: 258, A1C 5.5. I didn't take any medicine throughout my treatment and i am really thankful to Dr Long for her guidance and right treatment to improve health.
