From the people working at the front desk to Dr. Salib and Heidi Haase, you are greeted and given the best care from the kindest people palm beach county has to offer! I have been to my fair share of doctors offices and I am so used to not being heard and just being treated like another name on a list and I was so pleasantly surprised by how amazing the entire staff is at Family Medical Center! I have talked to probably every single front desk person by now and they all super friendly and truly value patient care which is not something you see much of these days! Heidi is literally the best nurse I have ever seen and she has helped me so much! She truly listens and cares about her patients and I NEVER feel rushed when I am in her care (which is how I felt with past doctors). I could literally write a book on how much I love this office, but if you are in the Jupiter/Palm Beach Gardens area and looking for a doctors office that makes you feel valued and like family, look no further!"
"Worst front office staff ever. Showed up on time as new patient and was ignored for 10 min standing at front desk window. I asked if it always this busy and if the doctor was on schedule. Front desk staff answered they were on schedule but 15 min after sitting in waiting room they collected my paperwork and copay told me i would be seen shortly but i waited another 30 min with no response from any front office staff or being called into any office out of waiting room. Office is way too busy and they do not care about your time. Never saw the Doctor. I would never recommend this office if you want professional and courteous staff."
