CVS Pharmacy

"I came to the pharmacy drive thru to buy an over the counter medication. Within the drive thru on a GIANT poster it shows all the medications you can buy in the drive thru so you don’t have to go inside. When I asked for the medication the woman working told me to come inside. I told her I always get things the drive-thru. She then rolled her eyes and said hold on one second and went to go ask somebody. When she came back, she told me that they no longer sell over-the-counter medication’s through the drive-thru, even though there is still a GIANT poster board advertising in the drive-thru right next to your car when you pull u with pictures all of the medication’s you can purchase. I understand that that might not be something that they do anymore but they are still advertising that they do. Save your time and go to Walgreens."

"Omg!! Went several times this week to find out that when you get to the cashier, the girl walks fast away so you use the self service. Bunch of lazy girls. The cashier was doing swat. Does she know she will be replaced because of this self service machine. Went to another cvs to find out again the cashier walking fast away from the cashier's. What is going on. People do not want to go to CVS and are going to Walgreen because of this. They are going to loose customers. So I rated it a two but really it's a zero. But gave it a two cause the people in the pharmacy are the hard workers in these stores. Very sad!!!!"

"Absolutely horrible service tonight. I pulled up to the drive through pharmacy before closing to pick up a prescription. There was a car being served ahead of me, and they sat talking to the pharmacist for 10 minutes after the closing time of 8pm. When I pulled up to the window at 8:15, the closed sign was up, nobody was at the window, and an automated message played informing me they had closed. I sat behind this woman in line while she talked with the pharmacist, and after sitting for over 15 minutes I don't even get someone at the window informing me they're closed. I've never been so insulted by a retail experience. Thank goodness my prescription I was picking up was not a life-saving medication. I have filed a complaint with the corporate office and the district manager is following up with me to ensure this doesn't happen to anyone who may potentially need urgent assistance. We will now be driving an extra 4 miles to pick up our prescription as this location no longer has my trust for competent or attentive service."
