"I saw Dr. Glenda Parker at this location awhile ago. It was a awful experience. She was late to my appointment after I had been sitting waiting for her for over 30 mins. I was the first appointment of the day and the only person in the office, how can you be late for your first appointment. My first impression of her was that she was way to concerned with a matter I wasn't even there to see about. She commented on my thinning hair and questioned if I wanted some medicine for that? How rude is that? She was out of line for asking me that. That didn't make for a good impression on a new patient. My complaint was for a ear infection, which she told me I had in the ear that I didn't even complain about. I specifically stated that I can't take pills and low and behold would anyone like to guess what type of medication I was given? Bingo! PILLS......then they send me a bill for an annual that is covered by your insurance and the bill was never rectified as I was told it would be. Her office is terrible and she needs to concentrate on the issues the patient voices..period..not making up your own recommendations for a problem that's not really a problem. I had such high hopes for her and to say my expectations were not met would be quite the understatement. Just awful...."
