"Called a month ago to cancel subscription, they said they did, but got charged again. I think I've paid them 5 months now for never even going there. And now have to report the charge to credit card company. Not easy or convenient to cancel your subscription so they gauge you with monthly subscriptions. I moved and so now I just have to keep calling until somebody actually cancels my account."
