"Wendy - the referral's person is great. However, I was on time for an appointment last week and after taking vitals, I was waiting for the doctor for approx. 1/2 hour. I walked out. Not one person called afterwards to see what happened either that day of after. This is totally unprofessional - they either don't care and/or are completely oblivious."

"We have been trying to get my husband's medical records for 3 months and he can't get his neuropathy medication or pain meds from a car accident and hole in his foot. We have called 12 times and Optums nowhere center tells me they will send them but still nothing. The doctor here said he can't write any scripts for needed pain meds until he gets medical records. His office has called numerous times. Apparently when you leave this practice so do your records never to be seen again. I rarely put a negative review but this place is not a good and my husband is suffering."

"Moved from up state NY to Seminole Florida . Looked at reviews of many places. I went for my first visit they were professional , I was given a new Dr from the one I signed up with and she is very good ,listened to my concerns and was comforting as I had just lost my husband discussed my meds and health issues . They follow up on things get call backs on testing. No problems , not pushy on testing , advise what should be done, your decision , would recommend them for care ."

"I strongly would find another Doctor to see if you are going to this office... I have been a patient for only three months. The first visit was a check in to get history.. The second visit was to see Doctor, in this time of visit I belive she was more concerned about sell her self as a Doctor.. Came back to see Doctor and all she wanted to do override my concerns and redirect the care from first visit... She was rude and overbearing... Put her hands in my face . I over looked the behavior and since that the Doctor will only have her nurse care for me...i have had high blood pressure in the office... They sented me home with no meds or concern about my health. I have had highblood pressure for a month now and they lack to address it with a office visit. All the ever do is make a phone call to talk about the problem....This Doctor office only get little money for visit call... The care here is looking to increase tgeir pocket without doing and test or help the patient... It is a big kick back in our health care. The office informed me it not my right as a patient to tell the Doctor how to care for me..."

"Don't go here for medical care because the staff is very unprofessional. They will cancel your appointments and then not refill your meds. They will send your blood work to the wrong lab so the insurance company charges you. The staff will illegally provide incorrect health advice without checking with the doctor and not allow you to speak to the doctor. I could go on..."
