"My dog was injured in the early morning on Wednesday around 0540. Shockingly every 24hr emergency vet hospital I visited or called that morning either did not have a doctor or couldn't take new patients. I drove around Jacksonville for 2 hours. I called All Animal Clinic and they were able to not only make us an appointment but make one for 30 minutes later so we booked it over there. She was checked in by the most helpful and friendly staff. The doctor was quick in examining my dog and gave me a solution in seconds. They provided the numbers for the treatment and took her back to their holding area to wait for surgery. They were informative and gave updates throughout the process and were very accommodating when I was stuck in traffic and unsure if I would get there before closing to pick up my girl. I am extremely grateful to the doctor and staff for handling the situation quickly and efficiently. Now I have a healthy happy puppy again thanks to this wonderful team and will only be taking my dogs here from now on."

"I have been here a couple of times but this time just got me upset. For medical purposes I completely give it to them but I made an appointment, TWICE, and I CLEARLY said bath and haircut. When I picked up my cat after her grooming appointment I saw she didn’t have no haircut. The sweet lady at the counter explained to me that they don’t do haircuts and they are not like a professional grooming services. WELL why nobody say that when I schedule my appointment? So they just let me paid $81 dollar for a service that only includes a bath and nail trim? If I knew that I would bath the cat myself but whatever!!! The part that get me so upset is wait until the service is done, let me paid and wait until I asked if she had a haircut because she doesn’t look like she had one to then tell me they do not offer haircut there? I do not appreciate that!!! At all"

"Best. Vet Clinic. Ever. Dr. Runnfeldt and Dr. Hanning are my two favorite vets at All Animal Clinic. I have complete trust in both of them. They are knowledgeable, friendly and will address any questions or concerns I have without making me feel stupid for asking. The staff is also very welcoming, they get to know their patients and owners and always make you feel like you’re a friend rather than just another random customer. The prices they charge are decent too. While they aren’t the absolute cheapest around, the prices really aren’t that bad, and the quality of care you get for your animal is 100% worth it!"
