"I hate leaving bad reviews, but this was probably the worst pharmacy experience I've ever had. For starters, it's impossible to get someone on the phone to confirm if your prescriptions are ready. When someone finally DID answer, they told me that none of my prescriptions were covered by my insurance. Strange, since they'd always been covered. They went ahead and double checked, and it turns out they all WERE covered. It's weird that you wouldn't call the customer to let them know about this insurance snafu. Had I not called, nothing would've happened. Strike 1. Then, they tell me they only have two of my prescriptions in stock. I asked if they could order the third, and, if so, when it would be available. They said 5-7 business days.... and that was a month ago. Strike 2. When I went IN to pick up my prescriptions, the pharmacist was extremely rude and short with all customers. The nice gentleman behind me asked how he was doing and the pharmacist responded with a curt "Fine." Strike 3. Needless to say, I'll never return."
