"CenterWell Senior Primary Care and Dr. Rivet along with his nurse and the front reception staff are what makes this my go to for Primary Care. Moving to a new building with a lab on site and the two new reception nurses have moved the service at CenterWell to 5-star rating. Actually, CenterWell was 5 stars in the old facility but the new building with its service-oriented design have given CenterWell an Outstanding rating. SO, not to bad mouth anyone at other Doctors offices but let's do a small comparison. Personally, I've searched for just the right Doctor and staff for several years. Looking at facilities on the South Seminole Hospital grounds and in Lake Mary I've been really disappointed in what I found at these other offices (nothing to do with CenterWell). But these new facilities are the "cat's meow", so to speak, and have been upgraded from what was already a great place to do PCP. So, I am recommending CenterWell to all my older friends and family. What's the difference in CenterWell compared with other Doctor's offices? First of all, when you enter you are greeted by two extremely competent medical professionals. They are young, well trained, and have a demeanor that gives the patients a sense of wellbeing. That sense of wellbeing is experienced when you find how kind and considerate they are. That isn't true in other offices of other Doctors. AND the removal of the glass surrounding from the reception area gives the patient a sense of knowing that they are valued as a customer. Additionally, the knowledge of these two ladies is noteworthy. Plus, they're cute which is a plus. Then your name is called by Dr Rivets nurse who is the most genuine person, caring, and polite. She actually listens to your conversation, responds attesting to her sincere interest in what you're saying, and diligently performs her nurse duties by taking care of your vital signs reports. Then enter Dr. Rivet. I love this guy, so open, honest, and certainly well qualified for his PCP roll in the care of the older folks like myself. He does talk to you, listens to your concerns, and provides the proper diagnosis and treatment. Yet without a lot of medical terms that go over your head. Frankly moving from Doctor too Doctor searching for just the right place with the right staff, I've come home to CenterWell. AND, I don't gain anything by making these comments. But hopefully direct others to this PCP facility and the care that they provide the older folks in society and around Longwood and surrounding communities. In conclusion, like already expressed, I've come home. This is my new PCP home office. And yes, I'm sure like most humans there will be those who find something wrong with CenterWell. But if you're looking for a PCP home, give CenterWell a try. From someone who has looked for several years for just the right PCP home, I say "come home to CenterWell"! Honestly, judging from the other patients I watched as I waited for my name to be call, they have also found the same experience..."

"I was seen as a new patient and everything went great Dr Byrd he treated me with respect and very knowledgeable. The office manager Stacy was also very nice and friendly while I was waiting to check out an issue occurred and she took care of the situation very professionally. I would recommend this office to everyone. My grandmother is treated in Orlando by Dr Santana on Lake Underhill and they also have a great staff from the front to the back everyone always has a smile on their face."
