"I've have brought my kids here for about 10 years. My experiences have been mixed. Sometimes they have been good but most of the time they have not. The doctors have been ok. But calling the office and actually getting help is an issue, trying to make an appointment is an issue. I called today to make a sick appointment for my daughter and the receptionist picked up, mumbled something about putting me on hold, did not wait for a response and then placed me on hold for over 30 minutes at which point I hung up. This isn't the first time this happens. I have left messages in the past to get a call back and I do not receive a call back. At this point I am looking for another pediatrician because it is frustrating to have to go through this constantly constantly."

"Luisa Carrasquero MD is the best pediatrician in USA. I used to live in other state and came to see her one a year to check my son. We are living now here and she is tanking care him for 4 years. The staff is very friendly and both places are clean and organized. If I have any concerns always call Saindra and she is the most kind person, she is like a real family who is always there to helping me. Both of them speak Spanish too, so this is helpful for us."

"This place has been great for my kiddos. One is 10 the other one 5 and Dr. C and Dr. H really care about them and their health. Every time we go staff is really nice specially the receptionist which make you feel so welcome. Eliana is the one that always helps us and we love her customer service. I know a lot of kids don’t enjoy going to the doctor but here the staff makes the experience for the kids good."
