"It takes too long to get an appointment. ORMC out patient Dr's are severely under staffed."

"If I could rate a couple things separately, I would. The doctor here is so very good. He takes his time with patients & is very knowledgeable. He gets a 5. However, the excellent attention has to balanced with the wait time which is frequently an hour or more past a scheduled appointment. That gets a 1. My suggestions are to 1) call patients to tell them you are running behind & let them come later, and 2) move to a different building so patients can connect to their own secure server & work (if they have the capability). This would help them not get so frustrated at the wait times. If they are like me, they would have to make up that long wait time during the week. That adds stress which is not healthy."

"There are different doctors at this office. My husband and I see Dr. Boris Coronado and Cathy Cutler, ARNP, and we like their services there. I've been seeing Cathy for over five years and she always treats me with respect. Dr. Jennifer Thielhelm has been my daughter's pediatrician since she was born. We love her. She treats my daughter well. Same as her staff members. Dr. Pelteson retired and I loved him. He is so experienced and he very personable. But now that he retired, my son has a new doctor, Dr. Andrew Summers. So far my son hasn't seen him, but he did get to meet Jacey Dykstra, A.R.N.P. and she is very friendly too. I'm not being biased. We've seeing them for years and I believe they do have bedside manners and take time to listen to our concerns. Thank you!"

"I understand that empty appointments are a loss of money, but they should have a few openings everyday for people who need an appointment asap. I pay my insurance and I would like to be seen sooner than 4 business days. Went to cvs and confirmed I have strep thoat... Guess physician associates thinks I can wait that long. Also phone system is not good, I called 3 times before I got through. Get it together!!"

"So I just had to call the office number 3x's before I was even able to reach an actual person on the phone. Once I did get a hold of a receptionist, she was extremely cold, uncaring and unwilling to work with me on setting an appointment with Dr. Nicolas or a different family practitioner as Dr. Nicolas' schedule did not work with my availability. While I'm sure he's a good doctor, I was not super impressed with the ease of use with their phone system nor the staff that I encountered. Will definitely be looking to find a different doctor."
