"The staff at Open MRI was very friendly and helpful. I was greeted with warmth when I arrived. The MRI tech, Pat, was extremely supportive and friendly. I’m claustrophobic so I have to take a calming medication when I have an MRI procedure. Pat was very understanding and helped me tremendously as I had the scan. He really helped me calm down and be still during the scan. I was dreading the MRI and the Open MRI staff made it very easy for me."
"i came into the winter springs office today and i wanted to share my story, i am a graduate of usf in biological health sciences and am currently pursuing my masters in epidemiology and women’s health research. i accompanied my mother today, who is very claustrophobic, and needed to be sedated for her mri, which is completely fine. yet, i have to state she gained little to no sympathy and coldness from the mri tech sonny and the doctor on shift. the DOCTOR couldn’t find my mom’s vein in order to inject her with the iv sedation, so he repeatedly tried and this resulted with her in pain. the receptionist was a delight and so amazingly helpful though. i am very disappointed in medical professionalism and compassion from the tech and doctor, who when i wanted to check in on her to calm her down shut the door abruptly and said “uh shes fine and relaxed now”, which i found weird about the situation. only getting two stars for the kindness and respect from the RECEPTIONIST."
"My name is Jennicel Bolanos. I’m extremely claustrophobic and I didn’t even have to take the pill to relax because Pat, the mri technician, took the time to prepare me psychologically. He was in no rush and I was very comfortable and relaxed after he talked to me. I had many mris in the past and I had bad experiences and panic attacks because the technicians weren’t good. I want to thank you for the wonderful experience I had! Thank you Pat!"
