"They decided to leave out the main medication I need when going through the pain of kidney stones and failed to tell my wife they left it out. Now I can fill the prescription anywhere else because they gave me some of the stuff I needed. Now I'm stuck having to go back to the emergency room to try to find the doctor to fill another prescription. Just say you don't have the meds in stock so the customer can go somewhere else when time is critical!"
