"Saved our new kitten! We brought in our baby after she was diagnosed with pneumonia she developed difficulty breathing. The techs and vet were extremely attentive and explained and educated us about the plan and how they were going to treat her. She was completely oxygen dependent and lethargic. We did not think she was ever going to get to come home and we’re preparing ourselves for the call. The next morning we went to visit her and she was like a new kitten, off oxygen and looking much more alert. The staff helped us figure out our finances and even went through every item on the bill to make sure it was correct and went completely above and beyond. They even made sure to give her lots of cuddles and TLC when we weren’t there. Thank you to the front staff, techs and vets who were with us every step of the way until we brought our kitty home. Loki is like a brand new kitten and you all changed her life in the best way and we couldn’t be more grateful!"
