"Have been going to Pet Supermarket for over 30 years, found them in Janesville Wisconsin. Have been pleased since the first day I found them and am now on Black Lab number 3; Alex, Max and now Bear. Service has always been good, I have used several here In Naples but love the fact that this one is so close to my house. The one change that I DID NOT LIKE was when "corporate office" stopped letting me accumulate 10 bags and get next one free; can't tell you how many times I took advantage of that perk. So now have 10% last Tuesday in month for Vets and Seniors; was there this Tuesday and one of the products I always buy was out of stock I asked for a rain check to come back and purchase when in stock, was told Corporate will not allow. So sad! Yes I will be back, store is always clean and staff accommodating."

The staff are wonderfully kind, and it's evident that they care about their customersand their pets.
