"I had a great experience here. From the front staff to the technician, Paige. This was my first mammogram ever and my anxiety was through the roof. Paige took great care of me! She was patient and kind throughout the entire process. I would and will highly recommend this facility for imaging needs!! See you next year ladies!!"
"The technician Holly was very unprofessional , order was added for additional exam that does not require much extra time .We also were ready to pay out of pocket . Holly refused to proceed . (Order was there )She was rude and not attentive . Instead of proceeding with the exam she was arguing for more than 15 minutes. I would avoid this place."
"I am still waiting for claims from Orlando Imaging Centers/10889 W Colonial Dr, Ocoee, FL 34761 Aetna has not received them even though they have been sent over from Orlando Imaging Centers three times now. Riley from Orlando Imaging Center faxed them to Aetna. 11/22/23 I now await a third time for claim processing. I wish to make it clear that I have not seen any such claim in my Aetna patient portal yet. Today is November 28th. Since late October, I've been actively inquiring about the absence of a claim with Aetna and a bill from your facility. I've engaged in multiple conversations with your billing department and my insurance provider. Despite these efforts, I've encountered persistent delays in resolving this matter. Specifically, during my conversations with the billing department, they assured me that they are actively working on it and that there is currently no outstanding balance. However, I've lost count of how many times I've had to call for updates. On November 6th, I had a discussion with "Jeri" from your billing department concerning my visit to the Orlando Health Imaging Centers at 10889 W Colonial Dr, Ocoee. During this conversation, I engaged in a three-way call with Dorianna, an Aetna concierge, to jointly inquire about the status of the claim. To our surprise, we were informed that the claim had been sent out on September 29th, just one day after my diagnostic mammogram and ultrasound appointment. However, neither of us had received any such claim. Jeri indicated that there may have been a claims processing error on the provider's part and advised us to contact the facility's front desk. I promptly informed Jeri that I had already followed this advice and was directed to the billing department. On November 17th I called my PCP facility to inquire. One of my PCP's nurses refered me to your facility. Anyway, they looked into it and called me back November 22nd. They informed me that your imaging center has already sent out the claims. This of course is not so. I had a conference call with my insurance and your Orlando Imaging Centers facility on November 22nd after hearing from my PCP's facility. My insurance representative and I were on hold for a duration of 32 minutes, which has raised concerns about the competence or efficiency of your facility's operations. The reference number associated with this matter is 88940544. I am increasingly worried about the potential legal implications if the claim is not rectified promptly. My intention is to avoid this situation escalating to collections. I have taken a screenshot of this message and will document any relevant information regarding my visit. It's worth noting that, on the day of the appointment, I captured a screenshot in the "MyChart" portal that showed the service date with your facility. However, the following day, this information inexplicably disappeared, with no mention of the facility. It only appears in records from my PCP's office. I trust you can appreciate my growing concern in light of these circumstances. I would appreciate that this be rectified in a expedited manner. History of Service and Inquirary: 9/28/23 Serv. "This is my second time coming to this place for my annual mammogram imaging. The staff was very respectful, attentive, and nice. They made me feel calm despite my anxieties. Thank you, Orlando Health Imaging! See you all next year. (By the way, I highly recommend this place.)"
"I just had my chest X-ray and had never been here before. The staff absolutely goes out of their way to help you and make you feel comfortable. Ashmarie Azalea checked me in with such kindness and sincerity and with a beautiful smile!!! Thank you ladies. Well done!! Sincerely Kim Teague Flatley"
